Sony has started coming back in the smartphone market after some time with announcing partial retreat round about a year ago. The company declared on Thursday that Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact will go on sale in U.S on 7th February. Both smartphones with Unlock version will be available at Best Buy, Amazon and on the other retailers with price tag of $600 and $500. These phones were announced on the IFA conference in last September. As people were thinking about the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium with 4k display but it’s not this time, they have to wait for it.
It is also important for Sony to launch new phones because the company hold only 4% market share globally. Apple and Samsung are still leading the American market. In 2015 Sony was still in trouble with minimizing of market share of less than 3% in world and 1% in U.S.
